some interesting talk going on about home inspections

Mine was via a recommendation from friends. My home inspection lasted about 3.5 hours. It was much longer than I had anticipated to be honest, and longer than the inspector had expected. In the end the inspector was happy with what he provided us and I was very pleased, I felt I had a very good understanding of the house, what potential issues were likely to come to the for front (which we used in negotiations) and he also provided a list of things to consider in the future and there was nothing structurally wrong with the property and it met all the code requirements.
